利用CBCT成像技术定量研究骨性Ⅲ类患者不同唇倾度的下颌中切牙对其周围骨皮质和松质骨形态大小的影响，以深入了解骨性Ⅲ类患者下切牙区牙槽骨形态特征、辅助正畸医生制定安全合理的矫治方案。  

Objectives of Study：

To quantitatively study the effect of the labial inclination of the mandibular central incisors on the surrounding cortical and the cancellous-bone morphology among patients with skeletal class III malocclusion, by using cone-beam computed-tomography (CBCT) imaging.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.骨性Ⅲ类错畸形，－４°≤ＡＮＢ≤1°；
2.年龄在15-35岁之间；
3.无正畸治疗史；
4.无牙周疾病；
5.无前牙列缺损或多生牙；
6.无前牙外伤史；
7.下前牙牙根发育完全、无明显吸收、无牙根明显弯曲、无切牙根管治疗史；
8.下弓拥挤小于4 mm；
9.无面部不对称畸形，无唇腭裂。

Inclusion criteria

1. Bone class III malocclusion, -4°<=ANB<=1°;
2. Aged between 15-35 years old;
3. No history of orthodontic treatment;
4. No periodontal disease;
5. No anterior dentition defect or supernumerary teeth;
6. No history of anterior tooth trauma;
7. The roots of the lower anterior teeth are fully developed, there is no obvious absorption, no obvious bending of the roots, and no history of root canal treatment of the incisors;
8. The crowding of the lower arch is less than 4 mm;
9. No facial asymmetry, no cleft lip and palate.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

患者的CBCT导入Dolphin软件进行三维影像重建，根据L1 - MP 角（下中切牙-下颌平面角）将研究对象分为舌倾组、直立组、唇倾组。分别测量牙槽骨附着高度、各水平高度的唇舌侧骨皮质和骨松质的厚度和面积。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The CBCT images of patients with skeletal class III malocclusion were imported into Dolphin software for 3D image reconstruction. The patients were divided into lingual-inclination, upright, and labial-inclination groups. The height of the alveolar bone and the thickness and area of the cortical, cancellous, and total alveolar bone were measured separately on each side of the mandibular central incisors.
