研究目的：

1. 主要目的：构建高标准癫痫临床研究队列; 2. 次要目的：构建临床症状、脑电分类、影像改变、神经心理及分子变化的五维一体的诊断分型标准；寻找特定类型癫痫发病机制；探索基于五位一体的诊断标准及机制探索给予患者个体化治疗方案。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main objective: to build a high-standard epilepsy clinical research cohort; 2. Secondary objective: to construct a five-dimensional integrated diagnostic criterion for clinical symptoms, EEG classification, image changes, neuropsychological and molecular changes; to find the pathogenesis of specific types of epilepsy; to explore the five-in-one diagnostic criteria and mechanism exploration Give patients an individualized treatment plan.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.MRI癫痫阳性组和MRI癫痫阴性组研究对象在症状学及脑电检查上符合癫痫诊断，且入院接受评估和治疗的患者；无癫痫发作组为无癫痫发作的对照组，如：脑肿瘤、脑外伤患者；
2.年龄≥3岁；
3.自愿签署知情同意书，依从性较好，能够配合随访；
4.研究对象（或者他们的合法代表）已签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients in the MRI epilepsy positive group and MRI epilepsy negative group are patients who meet the diagnosis of epilepsy in symptomatology and EEG examination and are admitted to the hospital for evaluation and treatment; the seizure-free group is the control group without seizures, such as brain tumors, patients with traumatic brain injury;
2. Age >= 3 years old;
3. Sign the informed consent form voluntarily, with good compliance and able to cooperate with follow-up;
4. Research subjects (or their legal representatives) have signed an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.合并心脏、肝肾等器官严重疾病患者，处于妊娠期和哺乳期的女性患者；
2.依从性差，服用药物不规律，治疗后失访的患者；
3.要求退出临床研究的患者；
4.在研究开始前2月已经参加了其他临床研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with serious diseases of the heart, liver, and kidney, and female patients during pregnancy and lactation;
2. Patients with poor compliance, irregular medication, and lost to follow-up after treatment;
3. Patients who require withdrawal from clinical research;
4. Participated in other clinical studies 2 months before the start of the study.
