Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of 30% supramolecular salicylic acid combined with supramolecular active zinc in the treatment of Malassezia Folliculitis

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、入选标准：
1） 男女不限，年龄为18~65周岁；
2）经检测为马拉色菌毛囊炎者；
3） 发生在前胸或后背的Ⅱ~Ⅲ级毛囊炎。
Ⅱ级为中等量凸起的丘疹、脓疱、丘脓疱疹，总皮损数30~50个；
Ⅲ级为大量凸起的丘疹、脓疱、丘脓疱疹，总皮损数50~100个；
4） 自愿参加且签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Inclusion criteria:
1） No gender restriction, age between 18-65 years old;
2）Tested as malassezia folliculitis patients.
3） Grade II ~ III folliculitis occurred in the front chest or back.
Grade II is moderate convex papules, pustules and mound pustules, with a total number of 30 ~ 50 lesions;
Grade III is a large number of raised papules, pustules and mound pustules, with a total number of 50 ~ 100 lesions;
4） Voluntarily participate and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

2、排除标准：
1）患有可能引起病情加重的其它皮肤疾病，或研究者认为此疾病可能影响对试验结果的判断；
2）对试验产品过敏者或高敏体质；
3）妊娠、哺乳期患者；
4）试验前4个月内口服抗真菌药物（或2个月内外用过抗真菌药物）的患者；4周内口服抗生素类、糖皮质激素类以及其他治疗毛囊炎药物的患者；或使用过物理治疗毛囊炎的患者；或经水杨酸和果酸治疗的患者；或2周内使用过外用的其他治疗毛囊炎的药物的患者；
5）试验前2个月有患处注射或手术史的患者；
6）免疫缺陷性疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

2. Exclusion criteria:
1) Suffering from other skin diseases that may aggravate the condition, or the researcher believes that this disease may affect the judgment of the test results.
2) Those who are allergic to the test drug or have high sensitivity.
3) Pregnant and lactating patients;
4) Subject who took oral antifungal drugs within 4 months in prior of the test (or used antifungal drugs within 2 months); Subjects with oral antibiotics, glucocorticoids and other drugs for folliculitis within 4 weeks; Or subjects who have used physical therapy for folliculitis; Or subjects treated with salicylic acid and fruit acid; Or subjects who have used other topical drugs for the treatment of folliculitis within 2 weeks;
5) Subjects with a history of injection or surgery in the affected area 2 months before the test;
6) Subjects with immune deficiency diseases.
