研究目的：

本课题将以探究低能量体外冲击波治疗勃起功能障碍的作用机制为核心，以低能量体外冲击波治疗后海绵体血清学及祖细胞招募情况为重点，借助各种分子生物学手段，明确低能量体外冲击波对海绵体微环境的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

This topic will focus on exploring the mechanism of low-energy extracorporeal shock waves in the treatment of erectile dysfunction. Focusing on the serology of the cavernous body and the recruitment of progenitor cells after low-energy extracorporeal shock wave therapy, the effect of low-energy extracorporeal shock wave on the microenvironment of the cavernous body was clarified by means of various molecular biological methods.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.成年血管性ED患者，在最近4周内尝试过性生活，勃起功能专项评分(IIEF-EF)≤25分。NPTR监测2晚，勃起次数<1次或头部硬度<60%或勃起持续时间小于10分钟的血管性ED患者。
2.病史超过6个月，有相对固定的性伴侣，至少在最近6个月内与本研究过程中，与其配偶维持正常的性关系。
3.生殖激素检测正常。
4.已经签署受试者知情同意书，依从性好，能按时完成随访。

Inclusion criteria

1. Adult patients with vascular ED who have tried sexual life within the last 4 weeks, and the erectile function specific score (IIEF-EF) is less than or equal to 25 points. NPTR monitoring for 2 nights, vascular ED patients with number of erections <1 or head hardness <60% or erection duration less than 10 minutes.
2. Have a medical history of more than 6 months, have a relatively fixed sexual partner, and maintain a normal sexual relationship with their spouse during at least the last 6 months during the study.
3. Reproductive hormone testing is normal.
4. The informed consent of the patients has been signed, the compliance is good, and the follow-up can be completed on time.

排除标准：

1.有明显影响阴茎勃起的生殖器先天畸形和解剖异常者。
2.酒精中毒史或有药物滥用史。
3.严重心脑血管疾病，不宜进行性生活者。
4.血糖未控制的糖尿病患者。
5.有精神或神经疾病史。
6.阴茎硬结症患者，治疗部位有溃疡、肿瘤等病损者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with congenital malformations and anatomical abnormalities of the genitals that significantly affect penile erection.
2. History of alcoholism or drug abuse.
3. Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, not suitable for sexual life.
4. Diabetic patients with uncontrolled blood sugar.
5. A history of mental or neurological disease.
6. Patients with Peyronie's disease, those with ulcers, tumors and other lesions at the treatment site.
