Objectives of Study: |
To evaluate the efficiency advantage of AI in imaging post-processing of CCTA To evaluate the consistency between AI aided CCTA diagnosis with that deriving from general approach (eye-recognition) for coronary stenosis assessment. To evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of AI aided CCTA for coronary artery disease by comparing with DSA. To observe in what extent AI can be used in clinical practice in current status. |

收集来自40家医疗机构同时进行了CCTA及DSA检查的患者影像资料; 分别用AI及人工方法对统一患者的CCTA图像的冠状动脉狭窄程度进行判读,人工方法由诊断CCTA有经验的多位医师完成,观察者间的一致性需在预实验中达到满意度方进行下一步的判读; 将AI方法判读的CCTA结果与该患者的DSA结果进行比对,DSA图像由QCA软件进行定量测算。 |

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail: |
Collecting CCTA and DSA imaging data of 1100 patients from 40 medical Institutions. The degree of coronary artery stenosis in CCTA images of one patient will be interpreted by AI and general approach (eye-recognition) respectively. The general approach will be taken by several specialists. |
