研究目的：

观察剖宫产术中辅助应用艾司氯胺酮的镇痛作用，术中应用艾司氯胺酮对产前抑郁状态产妇产后抑郁的防治作用，观察术中应用艾司氯胺酮对母婴的安全性，研究中枢神经系统炎症标志物表达水平与产后抑郁的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the analgesic effect of adjuvant application of esketamine during cesarean section, the effect of intraoperative application of esketamine on the prevention and treatment of postpartum depression in women with antepartum depression, the safety of intraoperative application of esketamine for mothers and infants, and the correlation between the expression level of inflammatory markers in the central nervous system and postpartum depression.

剖宫产术中辅助应用艾司氯胺酮

Adjunctive application of esketamine during cesarean section 

纳入标准：

单胎、足月、择期行单纯腰麻下剖宫产

Inclusion criteria

Singleton, full-term, elective cesarean delivery under simple lumbar anesthesia

排除标准：

多胎妊娠、年龄< 18岁或> 45岁、高血压、心功能不全、青光眼、中枢神经系统疾病、胎儿畸形、HIV感染、2周内服用过抗炎药物或抗抑郁药物

Exclusion criteria：

Multiple pregnancy, age < 18 or > 45 years, hypertension, cardiac insufficiency, glaucoma, central nervous system disease, fetal malformations, HIV infection, anti-inflammatory drugs or antidepressants within 2 weeks
