研究目的：

1. 建立NSCLC T790M突变与影像基因组学间的映射机制，筛选T790M突变影像基因组学分子靶标； 2. 探索影像基因组学分子靶标在中晚期NSCLC EGFR-TKI预后评估中的价值。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To explore the mapping mechanism between NSCLC T790M mutation and imaging genomics, and screen the molecular biomarker for T790M mutation. 2. To explore the value of molecular biomarker of imaging genomics in the prognostic evaluation of EGFR-TKI in advanced NSCLC.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①第八版肺癌 TNM 分期 为Ⅲ-Ⅳ期的肺癌患者；
②年龄为 18 岁至 75 岁；
③EGFR驱动基因的突变状态可获取；
④均经EGFR-TKI一线或联合治疗；
⑤治疗前和治疗1年期后CT影像数据可获取。

Inclusion criteria

①Patients with TNM stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ;
②Aged between 18 and 75;
③The mutant status of the EGFR driver gene was available;
④Treated with egFR-TKI first line or combination therapy;
⑤CT images were available before and after treatment.

排除标准：

①既往癌症患者、治疗过程接受肺切除患者，术前接受放化疗者等；
②严重合并症，如心功能分级为 III/IV 级，深静脉血栓史或肺栓塞病史者，肝、肾功能不全；
③影像数据治疗差或不明原因影像组学数据无法有效获取者；
④研究者认为其不适合参加本试验的其他情况；
⑤失访数据和死于非终点疾病的数据。

Exclusion criteria：

①Patients with previous cancer, receiving lung resection during treatment,or receiving preoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy, etc.
②Severe complications, such as grade III/IV heart function, history of deep vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism, hepatic and renal insufficiency;
③Poor quality of image data or unexplained inability to obtain effective radiomics data;
④Other conditions that the investigator considers inappropriate for participation in the study;
⑤Data on lost follow-up and death from non-endpoint disease.
