研究目的：

主要目的：研究asa1-2级患者，不同体位角度对无痛内镜检查围术期反流误吸及通气的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: to study the effects of different body positions on perioperative reflux aspiration and ventilation in patients with asa1-2.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.ASA分级1-2级；
2.计划行胃镜检查及胃镜下息肉切除；
3.年龄18-65岁；
4.BMI18-23.9；
5.患者及家属对研究知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. ASA classification 1-2;
2. Plan gastroscopy and polypectomy under gastroscopy;
3. Aged 18 to 65 years;
4. BMI18-23.9;
5. Patients and their families gave informed consent to the study.

排除标准：

1.长期酗酒对麻醉药物耐受者；
2.对本研究中使用药物过敏者；
3.胃排空延迟患者；
4.贲门失弛缓综合征；
5.胃食管反流综合征；
6.患者无法配合的；
7.禁饮禁食时间不足8小时者；
8.使用导致食管括约肌松弛药物的患者；
9.长期疼痛焦虑的病人；
10.检查前氧饱和度≤95%的患者；
11.有困难气道及患有严重呼吸道病变（阻塞型睡眠呼吸暂停综合征、张口障碍、颈项或下颌活动受限、病态肥胖，急性呼吸道感染、慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期、未受控制的哮喘等）；
12.术前访视血压≥180/110 mm Hg（WHO-ISH 高血压指南 3 级高血压）；
13.胃肠道手术病史患者；
14.30 天内参加其他研究的患者；
15.麻醉偏浅导致患者出现严重呛咳反应；
16.贫血患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Long-term alcoholism and tolerance to narcotic drugs;
2. Those who are allergic to the drugs used in this study;
3. Patients with delayed gastric emptying;
4. Achalasia syndrome;
5. Gastroesophageal reflux syndrome;
6. The patient cannot cooperate;
7. Those who fasted for less than 8 hours;
8. Patients using drugs that cause esophageal sphincter relaxation;
9. Patients with long-term pain and anxiety;
10. Patients with oxygen saturation less than or equal to 95% before examination;
11. Difficult airway and severe respiratory disease (obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, mouth opening disorder, restricted neck or jaw movement, morbid obesity, acute respiratory infection, acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, uncontrolled asthma, etc.);
12. Preoperative visit blood pressure >=180/110 mm Hg (WHO-ISH hypertension guideline grade 3 hypertension);
13. Patients with a history of gastrointestinal surgery;
14. Patients enrolled in other studies within 30 days;
15. The shallow anesthesia causes the patient to have a severe coughing reaction;
16. Anemia patients.
