研究目的：

研究粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子GM-CSF对宫腔粘连患者妊娠结局及子宫内膜容受性的影响。初步探讨GM-CSF促进子宫内膜修复的作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effects of granulocyte macrophage colony stimulating factor GM-CSF on pregnancy outcome and endometrial receptivity in patients with intrauterine adhesions. To explore the mechanism of GM-CSF to promote endometrial repair.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1)年龄为20-48岁的已婚女性，既往超过2次宫腔手术操作史，中重度宫腔粘连造成的子宫内膜薄，既往移植周期经各种内膜准备方法，孕酮转换日子宫内膜厚度仍<6mm者。
2)既往月经规律，体重指数(BMI)20～28kg／m2；基础性激素水平（FSH、LH、E2、T、PRL等）均在正常范围。
3)阴道超声检查卵巢无器质性病变且卵巢功能良好者（FSH<9mIU/ml，超声检查双侧卵巢内基础窦卵泡数>6个）
4)无内分泌疾病；子宫输卵管无影响种植的异常（PCOS、输卵管积水、盆腔结核、子宫内膜异位症、子宫肌瘤、内膜息肉等）。
5)在本院有2枚或以上优质胚胎者
6)自愿参加，并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1. women aged 20–48 years, Previous menstrual regularity, body mass index (BMI) 20 ~ 28kg / m2; the basis of sex hormone levels (FSH, LH, E2, T, PRL, etc.) are in the normal range;
2. previously cancelled at least two Uterine surgerys, Formation of adhesions or fibrosis is caused by removal (intentional or unintentional) or destruction of the basal layer of the endometrium, or hypoxia or infection;
3. inadequate thin endometrium (<6mm) at the first day of progesterone administration of frozen-thawed embryo transfer cycle, thin endometrium caused by moderate or severe intrauterine adhesions;
4. the lack of contraindications for G-CSF treatment(sickle cell disease, chronic neutropenia, known past or present malignancy, renal insufficiency, upper respiratory infection, pneumonia, and congenital fructose intolerance);
5. personal agreement for such still experimental therapy;
6. bilateral tubal patency and no fibroids,polyps,pcos;
7. there are at least two good quality embryos in our center.

排除标准：

1）女方年龄<20岁或者>48岁，宫腔镜下诊断为轻度宫腔粘连或非宫腔粘连造成的子宫内膜薄。
2）BMI<20 kg／m2或者>28 kg／m2，FSH值>9 mIU/ml或者其他激素不正常者。
3）患有多囊卵巢，卵巢囊肿，输卵管积水，子宫腺肌症等影响胚胎种植疾病的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Mowan with history of endocrine disorders, systemic diseases, endometriosis, congenital or acquired uterine anomaly, were excluded from the study.
