研究目的：

本试验拟收集曾在我院接受支气管内单向活瓣（EBV）治疗的重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者的临床资料和肺部CT影像，回顾性分析EBV治疗重度COPD的疗效和安全性，并借助数字肺CT定量技术，描述EBV治疗的重度COPD患者肺脏形态结构变化，分析肺部结构变化与临床指标变化的因果关系，为患者筛选和疗效预测提供线索和依据。  

Objectives of Study：

We intend to collect clinical data and pulmonary CT images of patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) who have received endobronchial valve (EBV) treatment in our hospital, and retrospectively analyze the efficacy and safety of EBV in the treatment of severe COPD. With the help of quantitative CT analysis, which describes the changes in lung morphology and structure in severe COPD patients treated with EBV, we aim to analyze the relationship between changes of lung structure and clinical outcomes, and to provide clues and basis for patient screening and efficacy prediction.

纳入标准：

1.曾在我院接受EBV治疗的重度COPD患者；
2.有肺CT原始影像和肺功能检查结果。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients with severe COPD who have received EBV treatment in our hospital;
2.Patients with pulmonary CT images and lung function test results.

排除标准：

合并肺大疱占据一侧胸腔>30%的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with bullae occupying more than 30% of the thoracic cavity.
