研究目的：

通过对慢性心力衰竭合并肌少症的患者进行全面的综合评估，探讨老年综合评估在此疾病中的应用价值，早期识别慢性心衰中的老年综合征及老年问题，为延缓疾病进展、提高患者的生活质量提供新的思路。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the comprehensive evaluation of patients with chronic heart failure complicated with sarcopenia, the application value of geriatric comprehensive evaluation in this disease was discussed, and the early identification of geriatric syndrome and geriatric problems in chronic heart failure provided a new idea for delaying the progression of disease and improving the quality of life of patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.心力衰竭的临床诊断，下列至少一项证明的心功能不全的客观证据：
(1)左室射血分数<=40%；
(2)左心房直径>4.0cm（或左心房高度>2.5cm/m）；
(3)NT-proBNP>400pg/ml（>47.3pmol/l 或 BNP>150pg/ml）。
2.肌少症的临床诊断，下列条件符合(1)(3)或全部符合：
(1)握力（男性<28Kg；女性<18Kg）；
(2)6 米步行试验：<1.0m/s 或 5 次站起实验：>=12s 或简易机体功能评估：<=9；
(3)ASM 双能 X 射线检测（男性<7.0Kg/ m^2；女性<5.4Kg/ m^2）；生物电阻抗分析（男性<7.0Kg/ m^2；女性<5.7Kg/ m^2）。
3.年龄>=60 岁；
4.病人已签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Clinical diagnosis of heart failure, objective evidence of cardiac insufficiency proved by at least one of the following:
(1)Left ventricular ejection fraction <= 40%;
(2)The diameter of the left atrium>4.0cm (or the height of the left atrium>2.5cm/m);
(3)NT-proBNP>400pg/ml (>47.3pmol/l or BNP>150pg/ml).
2.For the clinical diagnosis of sarcopenia, the following conditions meet (1)(3) or all meet:
(1)Grip strength (male < 28Kg; female < 18Kg);
(2)6-meter walking test <1.0m/s; Or 5 stand-up experiments >=12s; Or simple body function assessment <= 9;
(3)ASM Dual-energy X-ray detection (male <7.0Kg/ m^2; female <5.4Kg/ m^2); Bioelectrical impedance analysis (male <7.0Kg/ m^2; female <5.7Kg/ m^2).
3.Aged >=60 years;
4.The patient has signed an informed consent.

排除标准：

1.之前进行过心脏移植；
2.有肿瘤、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、慢性肾病等消耗性疾病及骨折等限制运动能疾病；
3.患有精神疾病，包括严重的癔症、不具备自主能力者；
4.妊娠或哺乳病人；
5.试验药物禁忌症、过敏；
6.近3个月参加过其他临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Have had a heart transplant before;
2.Have tumors, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, chronic kidney disease and other wasting diseases and fractures and other exercise-restricting diseases;
3.Suffering from mental illness, including severe hysteria and lack of autonomy;
4.Pregnant or breastfeeding patients;
5.Test drug contraindications, allergies;
6.Participated in other clinical trials in the past 3 months.
