研究目的：

主要目的：通过RCT研究证明，与传统骶棘韧带固定术相比，经阴道腹腔镜高位骶韧带悬吊术是一种安全、有效的手术方式。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To prove by the RCT study that compared with traditional high uterosacral ligament suspension,transvaginal natural orifice transluminal laparoscopic high sacral ligament fixation is a safe and effective surgical method.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

按照POP 定量分度法（POP-Q）分度证实子宫或阴道顶端脱垂≥II度，或阴道前壁脱垂≥II度合并子宫或阴道顶端脱垂≥II度，且均已完成生育。

Inclusion criteria

According to the Pelvic Organ Prolapse Quantification system (POP-Q), patients who were confirmed that the uterine or vaginal top prolapse >= II degree, or the anterior vaginal wall prolapse >= II degree combined with the uterine or vagina top prolapse >= II degree, and has completed the childbirth.

排除标准：

1.直肠手术史，怀疑直肠阴道隔子宫内膜异位症或肿瘤；
2.盆腔炎性疾病病史；
3.下生殖道急性感染；
4.无性生活史；
5.怀孕或未签署书面同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of rectal surgery, suspected rectovaginal septum endometriosis or tumor;
2. History of pelvic inflammatory disease;
3. Acute infection of the lower genital tract;
4. Asexual life history;
5. Pregnant or not signed written consent.
