研究目的：

主要目的：益生菌及益生元对二型糖尿病患者平稳血糖的效果，比较益生菌摄入对患者血糖、尿糖、血脂等血液相关指标及肠道菌群的影响，为二型糖尿病患者辅助平稳血糖提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: The effects of probiotics and prebiotics on stable glucose in patients with type two diabetes mellitus were compared. The effects of probiotics intake on blood sugar, urine sugar, blood lipids and other blood related indexes and intestinal flora were provided, so as to provide theoretical basis for type two diabetic patients to assist in stable blood glucose.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、年龄在18~65周岁的二型糖尿病患者；
2、经饮食控制或口服降糖药后病情较稳定，不需要更换药物品种及剂量，仅服用维持量的成年二型糖尿病病人，空腹血糖≥7.0 mmol/L或餐后2 h血糖≥11.1mmol/L；
3、研究对象需接受本研究的目的、详细情况的说明，在充分理解的基础上自愿以书面形式表示同意成为志愿者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Type two diabetic patients aged 18~65 years old;
2, After diet control or oral hypoglycemic drugs, the condition is relatively stable, and no need to change the variety and dosage of drugs. For adults with type two diabetes who only maintain the dosage, fasting blood glucose is more than 7 mmol/L or 2 h after meal is more than 11.1mmol/L.
3. The research object shall accept the description of the purpose and details of this study, and voluntarily express its consent in writing to become a volunteer on the basis of full understanding.

排除标准：

1、一型糖尿病；
2、年龄不符者，妊娠或哺乳期妇女，对受试样品过敏者；
3、有心、肝、肾等主要脏器并发症，或合并有其他严重疾病、精神病患者，服用糖皮质激素或其他影响血糖药物者；
4、近3个月内有糖尿病酮症、酸中毒及感染者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Type 1 diabetes mellitus;
2. Those with different ages, pregnant or lactating women, and those who are allergic to the test samples;
3. Patients with heart, liver, kidney and other major organ complications, or patients with other serious diseases and psychosis, taking glucocorticoids or other drugs affecting blood glucose;
4. Diabetes ketosis, acidosis and infection occurred in the past 3 months.
