研究目的：

本课题拟在将右美托咪定应用于FESS控制性低血压患者，观察右美托咪定对FESS控制性低血压患者的氧化应激反应的影响，并评估右美托咪定应用于FESS控制性低血压患者有效性与安全性，为FESS控制性低血压的麻醉管理提供新的思路。  

Objectives of Study：

This topic is intended to apply dexmedetomidine to patients in controlled hypotension during functional endoscopic sinus surgery(FESS).To observe the effect of dexmedetomidine on oxidative stress response in patients with controlled hypotension during functional endoscopic sinus surgery.And evaluate the efficacy and safety of dexmedetomidine in patients with FESS controlled hypotension.Providing new ideas for anesthesia management of FESS controlled hypotension

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

选择择期功能性鼻内镜手术60 例，ASA分级以Ⅱ-Ⅲ级,男女不限，年龄35-65周岁，术前心肺功能正常，术中需行控制性低血压患者。

Inclusion criteria

Sixty patients of either sex with the American Society Anesthesiologists physical status II-III, aged between 35 and 65 years, undergoing elective functional endoscopic sinus surgery.The patient has normal heart and lung function before surgery.During surgery patients were controlled hypotension.

排除标准：

1、术前贫血（Hb<10g/dl）；2、术前机械通气患者；3、术前1个月内有肺部感染病史；4、术前SpO2<90%，PaO2<60 mmHg(FiO2 0.21)，或PaO2/FiO2比值<300，或PaCO2>45mmHg；5、缓慢型心律失常或房室传导阻滞、窦房结功能异常者;6、已知术前有严重的高血压及重要器官功能不全者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Preoperative anemia (Hb<10g/dl);
2. the patient was mechanically ventilated before surger;
3. within a month patient had a history of lung infection before surgery;
4. SpO2<90%, PaO2<60 mmHg(FiO2 0.21), or PaO2/FiO2 ratio <300, or PaCO2>45mmHg before surgery;
5. the patient has bradyarrhythmia, atrioventricular block or sinus node dysfunction;
6. the patient has severe hypertension and vital organ dysfunction before surgery.
