研究目的：

对英文版CRASH、ECCA进行包括翻译、回译量表内容，在精神分裂症、双相情感障碍和抑郁症患者中对中文版量表进行验证和分析，确定中文版量表的测量维度和条目，并验证该量表的信度、效度。  

Objectives of Study：

The English version of crash and ECCA were tested, including the content of translation and back translation scale. The Chinese version of the scale was verified and analyzed in patients with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and depression, the measurement dimensions and items of the Chinese version of the scale were determined, and the reliability and validity of the scale were verified.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-50岁；
2.对于精神疾病患者来说，应符合DSM－V中重性抑郁障碍、双相情感障碍、精神分裂症的诊断标准，首发复发均可；
3.能使用流利的汉语进行交流；
4.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged from 18 to 50 years;
2. For patients with mental diseases, they should meet the diagnostic criteria of DSM-V severe depressive disorder, bipolar disorder and schizophrenia;
3. Be able to communicate in fluent Chinese;
4. Sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1.符合DSM-IV精神发育迟滞诊断标准；
2.有意识丧失的头部外伤史；
3.器质性疾病伴有精神障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Meet the DSM-IV diagnostic criteria of mental retardation;
2. History of head trauma with loss of consciousness;
3. Organic diseases with mental disorders.
