研究目的：

针对近视性黄斑裂孔眼，比较内界膜剥除联合生物羊膜覆盖与内界膜剥除联合生物羊膜植入术后黄斑裂孔闭合率和最佳矫正视力。  

Objectives of Study：

In myopic macular hole eyes, macular hole closure rate and best corrected visual acuity were compared between inner membrane stripping combined with amniotic membrane covering and inner membrane stripping combined with amniotic membrane implantation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.近视性黄斑裂孔，其屈光度＞-6.0D，眼轴＞26.5mm，存在近视性黄斑病变（分类2-分类3，或合并未累及黄斑中心凹的“Plus”损害），存在后巩膜葡萄肿；
2.患者年龄≥18岁；
3.能够且愿意加入临床试验。

Inclusion criteria

1. Myopic macular hole, with diopter > -6.0d, axis > 26.5mm, myopic macular lesion (classification 2 to 3, or combined with "Plus" damage not involving macular fovea), posterior scleral staphylostoma was present;
2. Patients aged >=18 years;
3. Able and willing to participate in clinical trials.

排除标准：

1.特发性黄斑裂孔；
2.创伤性黄斑裂孔；
3.近视性黄斑裂孔合并其他裂孔；
4.近视性黄斑裂孔合并视网膜脱离；
5.既往接受过玻璃体视网膜手术、后巩膜加固术或巩膜后兜带术；
6.预期不能在指定临床实验中心随访者；
7.存在神经系统或者精神类疾病不能配合检查者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Idiopathic macular hole;
2. Traumatic macular hole;
3. Myopic macular hole with other holes;
4. Myopic macular hole with retinal detachment;
5. Previous vitreoretinal surgery, posterior scleral reinforcement or posterior scleral belt surgery;
6. Not expected to be in the designated clinical trial center;
7. Having neurological or psychiatric diseases and unable to cooperate with the examination.
