研究目的：

主要目的：对比腹腔镜保留十二指肠胰头切除术与腹腔镜胰十二指肠切除术治疗胰头部良性或低度恶性肿瘤的术后长期生活质量和围术期安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To compare the long-term quality of life and perioperative safety of laparoscopic duodenum-preserving pancreatic head resection and laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy for pancreatic head benign or low-grade tumors.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1)、胰头良性或低度恶性肿瘤（实性假乳头状瘤、神经内分泌肿瘤）患者；
2)、年龄不超过75岁；
3)、能依从研究计划和其他方案要求；
4)、自愿作为受试对象，签署知情同意书.

Inclusion criteria

1) Patients with pancreatic head benign or low-grade tumors (including solid pseudopapillary tumors, neuroendocrine tumors)
2) Patients aged 0 to 75 years, regardless of gender
3) Ability to comply with research plans and other program requirements
4) Volunteer to be the subject and sign the informed consent

排除标准：

1)、术前检查提示存在明显手术禁忌者；
2)、患者及家属明确意愿拒绝手术或拒绝微创某具体方式之手术者；
3)、术后病理提示非胰头良性或低度恶性肿瘤患者；
4)、其他不适宜行腹腔镜保留十二指肠胰头切除术患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Preoperative examinations suggest that patients have contraindication to surgery
2) Patients and their family members have a clear willingness to refuse surgery or a specific method of minimally invasive surgery
3) Patients with postoperative pathology suggesting not pancreatic head benign or low-grade malignant tumors
4) Patients who are not suitable for laparoscopic duodenum-preserving pancreatic head resection
