研究目的：

1、本课题拟采用多模态脊髓MRI联合量表定量评估NMOSD患者脊髓炎急性期、PTS发生时、PTS终止后脊髓病变及PTS在疾病发展过程中的动态演变过程，并使用多元回归模型评估脊髓MRI定量指标与PTS临床量表评估指标PSFS、NRS、AIS及SCI-HQ等的相关性，探讨NMOSD患者PTS的定量评估。 2、拟采用多模态脊髓MRI成像，分析NMOSD患者PTS的发生与脊髓受损程度、脊髓损伤后修复过程中感觉与运动通路之间髓内网络连接的相关性，探索PTS发病的髓内机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Quantitatively evaluate the acute stage of myelitis, the onset of painful tonic spasm (PTS), the myelopathy after the termination of PTS and the dynamic evolution of PTS in the disease development of NMOSD patients by using the multi-modal spinal MRI combined clinical scale. Multiple regression model was used to evaluate the correlation between the quantitative indexes of spinal MRI and the evaluation indexes of PTS clinical scale, such as Penn Spasm Frequency Scale (PSFS), Numerical Rating Scale (NRS), American Spinal Injury Association Impairment Scale (AIS) and Spinal Cord Injury Health Questionnaire (SCI-HQ), to explore the quantitative evaluation of PTS in NMOSD patients. 2. Multimodal spinal MRI imaging is planned to be used to analyze the correlation between the occurrence of PTS in NMOSD patients and the degree of spinal cord injury and the intramedullary network connection between sensory and motor pathways during the repair of spinal cord injury, and to explore the intramedullary mechanism of PTS.

纳入标准：

①符合2015版Wingerchuk诊断标准的NMOSD患者；
②首次发病，以LETM起病的NMOSD患者；
③AQP4-Ab+的NMOSD患者；
④生命体征平稳；
⑤自愿参加本试验并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① NMOSD patients who met the Wingerchuk 2015 diagnostic criteria;
② NMOSD patients with LETM onset for the first time;
③ NMOSD patients with AQP4-ab+;
④ Vital signs are stable;
⑤ Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

①合并癫痫、外伤、肿瘤等影响病情判断的患者；
②病历不完整的；
③意识障碍、严重认知或/和言语功能障碍，无法完成评估者；
④有金属物植入或其他有MRI扫描禁忌者；
⑤不配合检查及未签署知情同意书者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with epilepsy, trauma, tumor and other conditions affecting the judgment;
② Incomplete medical records;
③ Unconsciousness, severe cognitive and/or speech dysfunction, unable to complete the assessment;
④ Patients with metal implants or other contraindications of MRI scanning;
⑤ Do not cooperate with the inspection and do not sign the informed consent.
