研究目的：

通过观察既往有胚胎非整倍体性自然流产史患者分别进行胚胎植入前染色体非整倍体检测（PGT-A)治疗和自然妊娠两种不同处理方式的结局，比较两种方案的优劣。  

Objectives of Study：

By observing the outcomes of preimplantation chromosomal aneuploidy testing (PGT-A) treatment and natural pregnancy in patients with a history of spontaneous abortion with aneuploidy in the past, the pros and cons of the two regimens were compared.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.　女方年龄26-38岁；
2.　既往有大于等于2次13周前的自然流产史；
3.　至少有一次流产证实为胚胎非整倍体；
4.　无不孕病史，无明确的不孕相关因素；
5.　有规律的月经周期，周期21-37天；
6.　既往未曾接受辅助生殖技术治疗；
7.　理解自然妊娠和PGT-A利弊；
8.　有条件并愿意进行长期随。

Inclusion criteria

1. Women aged 26-38 years;
2. Have a history of more than or equal to 2 spontaneous abortions 13 weeks ago;
3. At least one miscarriage confirmed as embryonic aneuploidy;
4. No history of infertility and no definite infertility-related factors;
5. Regular menstrual cycle, 21-37 days;
6. Have not received assisted reproductive technology treatment in the past;
7. Understand the pros and cons of natural pregnancy and PGT-A;
8. Conditional and willing to carry out long-term follow-up.

排除标准：

1.　夫妻一方有染色体异常；
2.　宫腔粘连或子宫畸形；
3.　未治疗的生殖系统结核；
4.　未治疗的输卵管积液；
5.　子宫内膜异位症或子宫腺肌症；
6.　已知的急慢性疾病不能耐受妊娠或IVF-ET治疗；
7.　外源性Gn或雌孕激素使用禁忌症
8.　正在参与其它药物的临床研究者；
9.　研究者认为不适合入组的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. One of the spouses has a chromosomal abnormality;
2. Intrauterine adhesions or uterine malformations;
3. Untreated tuberculosis of the reproductive system;
4. Untreated tubal effusion;
5. Endometriosis or adenomyosis;
6. Known acute and chronic diseases cannot tolerate pregnancy or IVF-ET treatment;
7. Contraindications for the use of exogenous Gn or estrogen and progesterone
8. Clinical investigators who are participating in other drugs;
9. Other conditions deemed inappropriate by the investigator.
