研究目的：

本研究中在比较瑞马唑仑和丙泊酚用于普通支气管镜检查麻醉效果的基础上，进一步观察其用于LMA通气下复杂镜检及镜下治疗的麻醉效果  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, on the basis of comparing the anesthetic effects of remazolam and propofol for ordinary bronchoscopy, the anesthetic effects of remazolam and propofol for complex endoscopic examination and endoscopic treatment under LMA ventilation were further observed

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

18-65岁计划行支气管镜检查患者（分为普通镜检患者和复杂镜检患者）；同意接受试验并签署知情同意书；ASAⅠ-Ⅲ级；

Inclusion criteria

Patients between 18 and 65 years of age who were scheduled to undergo bronchoscopy (divided into ordinary and complex endoscopic patients); Agree to be tested and sign informed consent; ASA Ⅰ - Ⅲ level;

排除标准：

一周内有呼吸道急性炎症且未治愈病史；严重呼吸系统疾病患者；有精神障碍；呼吸管理困难(Mallampati评分IV级);有药物滥用史；连续使用苯二氮卓3个月以上者; BMI < 19 或> 31 ；肝肾功能不全；心功能不全；有研究中药物应用的禁忌症者；过去一个月中有参加过其他医药学研究的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

A history of acute respiratory tract inflammation with no cure within one week; Patients with severe respiratory diseases; Having a mental disorder; Dyspnea management (Mallampati grade IV); A history of substance abuse; Continuous use of benzodiazepines for more than 3 months; BMI < 19 or > 31; Liver and kidney dysfunction; Cardiac insufficiency; Patients with contraindications for drug use in the study; Patients who have participated in other medical studies in the past month;
