改良的口服营养补充方法改善炎性肠病患者的营养状况  

Objectives of Study：

Improved oral nutritional supplementation improves nutritional status in patients with inflammatory bowel disease

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1)年龄18-65岁，炎性肠病缓解期患者；2）NRS2002营养风险筛查3分及以上者；3）预期进行营养支持时间在3个月；4）配合调查与随访，神志清楚者；5）书面签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1) patient aged 18-65 year with inflammatory bowel disease in remission; 2) NRS2002 nutritional risk screening score 3 or above; 3) that expect time for nutritional support is 3 months; 4) Cooperate with the investigation and follow-up, and have a clear mind; 5) Informed consent signed in writing

排除标准：

1）炎性肠病活动期患者；2）有肠瘘、腹腔脓肿者；3）糖尿病等代谢性疾病史，心脑血管及肝肾疾病史者；4）不能经口进食或予以肠外营养支持者；5）因各种原因终止口服补充营养者；6）已经参加了其他临床试验者

Exclusion criteria：

1) patients with active inflammatory bowel disease; (2) Intestinal Fistula and Abscess; 3) a history of diabetes and other metabolic diseases, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and liver and kidney diseases; 4) unable to take food orally or support parenteral nutrition; 5) termination of oral supplementation for various reasons; 6) those who have participate in other clinical trial
