Objectives of Study：

To explore the mechanism of acupuncture on oocyte quality in patients with phlegm dampness polycystic ovary syndrome based on follicular fluid secretion lncrna sequencing

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

PCOS组入组标准：（1）符合西医多囊卵巢综合征诊断标准及中医痰湿证、肝郁证辨证标准；
正常对照组入组标准：（2）非PCOS且卵巢储备功能正常，可正常排卵的不孕患者，单纯输卵管因素不孕。
（3）年龄在25-40岁已婚妇女；
（4）符合IVF-ET适应证；
（5）生育需求符合伦理委员会要求；
（6）签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

The inclusion criteria of PCOS group: (1) meet the diagnostic criteria of polycystic ovary syndrome in western medicine and the syndrome differentiation criteria of phlegm dampness syndrome and liver depression syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine;
The inclusion criteria of normal control group: (2) infertility patients with non PCOS, normal ovarian reserve function and normal ovulation, simple tubal factor infertility.
(3) Married women aged 25-40;
(4) Meet the indications of IVF-ET;
(5) Fertility needs meet the requirements of the Ethics Committee;
(6) Sign informed consent

排除标准：

（1）不符合中医、西医诊断标准者；
（2）患有卵巢早衰、卵巢功能减退、子宫肌瘤、子宫内膜异位症、高泌乳素血症等疾病者；
（3）子宫不具备妊娠功能或严重躯体疾病不能承受妊娠者；
（4）染色体异常者；
（5）患有严重的精神疾患、泌尿生殖系统急性感染、性传播疾病者；
（6）患有心脑血管疾病、肝肾疾病或造血、凝血系统障碍者；
（7）具有吸毒等严重不良嗜好者；
（8）近三个月使用过激素类药物者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those who do not meet the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine;
(2) Suffering from premature ovarian failure, ovarian dysfunction, hysteromyoma, endometriosis, hyperprolactinemia and other diseases;
(3) The uterus does not have pregnancy function or serious physical diseases can not bear pregnancy;
(4) Chromosome abnormality;
(5) Suffering from serious mental illness, acute infection of urogenital system and sexually transmitted diseases;
(6) Suffering from cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney diseases or hematopoietic and coagulation system disorders;
(7) Those with serious bad habits such as drug abuse;
(8) Those who have used hormone drugs in recent three months
