研究目的：

本研究通过建立一项横断面研究以评估肾周脂肪厚度与新诊断2型糖尿病患者糖脂代谢紊乱与并发症的相关性，并进一步探索肾周脂肪厚度在预测新诊断2型糖尿病的价值。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to assess the association between perirenal fat thickness and glucose lipid metabolism and complications in Newly-Diagnosed type 2 diabetes,and further exploring the value of perirenal fat thickness in predicting Newly-Diagnosed T2DM.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合世界卫生组织2019年诊断标准的新诊断糖尿患者，年龄18-75岁；2.糖尿病自身抗体如（GADA, IAA, ICA）阴性。

Inclusion criteria

1.Newly diagnosis of diabetes using the World Health Organization (WHO) 2019 criteria（18y-75y）;2. Autoimmune antibodies (GADA, IAA, ICA) negative

排除标准：

1.妊娠期糖尿病或糖尿病合并妊娠；2.特殊类型糖尿病；3.合并可影响血糖的急性疾病；4.合并肾脏结构异常如肿瘤、囊肿或既往肾脏手术史。

Exclusion criteria：

1.pregnancy at diagnosis or gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM); 2. Secondary or special type of diabetes; 3) Presence of acute diseases that could interfere with the glucose metabolism;4) With renal-structure abnormalities (tumors and cysts or history of renal region surgery.
