研究目的：

探究维生素A棕榈酸酯眼用凝胶在全身麻醉术中对眼表保护作用，包括对术后暴露性角膜炎的预防作用以及对术后眼干涩、异物感等不适症状的治疗效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the protective effect of vitamin A palmate eye gel on eye watch in general anesthetic, including the preventive effect of postoperative exposure keratitis and the therapeutic effect of postoperative dry eyes, foreign body sensation and other uncomfortable symptoms.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.全麻时间大于2小时的仰卧位非眼科且消毒范围不涉及眼周的手术患者；
2.自愿参加本研究，能配合完成整个研究过程者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Non-ocular surgery patients with general anesthesia longer than 2 hours in a reclining position, whose disinfection scope does not involve eye circumference;
2.Patients who voluntarily participate in this study can cooperate with the entire study process.

排除标准：

1.患有角膜炎等眼部活动性疾病者；
2.术前角膜荧光素钠染色评分＞3分者；
3.患有眼睑内翻、外翻、倒睫等影响Schirmer I试验、泪膜破裂时间、CFS评分的眼表疾病者；
4.Robertson意识评分<4分，无法配合检查者；
5.对维A眼用凝胶或医用胶布过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients who had active ocular infection or inflammation;
2.Patients whose pre-operation CFS score are more than 3 points;
3.Patients who had ocular diseases affecting the secondary outcome;
4.Patients whose Robertson Score are less than 4 points;
5.Patients allergic to this drug or eyelid taping.

Randomization will be performed in the order of recruitment using a random number table operated by the anesthesiologist. Extracting odd numbers uses the right eye as the test eye, the left eye as the control group eye, and vice versa.
