研究目的：

1.估算3岁以下儿童在研究开始后的第一个流行季期间，轮状病毒导致的胃肠炎的发病率。 2.估算3岁以下儿童在研究开始后的第一个流行季期间，所有原因导致的胃肠炎的发病率。 3.估算3岁以下儿童在研究开始后的第一个流行季期间，轮状病毒导致的严重胃肠炎的发病率。 4.估算在研究开始后的第一个流行季期间，轮状病毒导致的胃肠炎对3岁以下儿童造成的疾病费用。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To estimate the incidence of rotavirus-induced gastroenteritis in children under 3 years of age during the first epidemic season after the start of the study. 2. To estimate the incidence of gastroenteritis from all causes during the first epidemic season after the start of the study in children under 3 years of age. 3. To estimate the incidence of severe gastroenteritis caused by rotavirus in children under 3 years of age during the first epidemic season after the start of the study. 4. To estimate the disease cost of rotavirus-induced gastroenteritis in children under 3 years of age during the first epidemic season after the start of the study.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.在越城区永久居住（在流行季节的六个月内没有离开越城区）；
2.已在越城区EPI数据库中注册；
3.年龄<36个月。

Inclusion criteria

1. Permanent residence in Yuecheng District (not leaving Yuecheng District within six months of the epidemic season);
2. Have been registered in the Yuecheng District EPI database;
3. Aged < 36 months.

排除标准：

有轮状病毒疫苗接种史。

Exclusion criteria：

Have a history of rotavirus vaccination.
