估算3岁以下儿童在研究开始后的第一个流行季期间，轮状病毒导致的胃肠炎的发病率 估算3岁以下儿童在研究开始后的第一个流行季期间，所有原因导致的胃肠炎的发病率。 估算3岁以下儿童在研究开始后的第一个流行季期间，轮状病毒导致的严重胃肠炎的发病率。 估算在研究开始后的第一个流行季期间，轮状病毒导致的胃肠炎对3岁以下儿童造成的疾病费用  

Objectives of Study：

Estimate the incidence of gastroenteritis caused by rotavirus in children under 3 years of age during the first epidemic season after the study began Estimate the incidence of gastroenteritis in children under 3 years of age during the first epidemic season after the study began. Estimate the incidence of severe gastroenteritis caused by rotavirus in children under 3 years of age during the first epidemic season after the study began. Estimate the cost of gastroenteritis caused by rotavirus to children under 3 years of age during the first epidemic season after the study began

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

在研究开始后的第一个流行季期间，将对两所哨点医院进行被动监视。将从每个AGE患者处收集粪便样本用于RV检测。 根据现行的AGE临床实践指南，每一个病例都需提供粪便样本用以RV鉴定。 临床信息和费用支出信息将从HIS系统导出。 将收集粪便样本，并在绍兴市疾病预防控制中心实验室进一步鉴定G和P分型。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

During the first popular season after the study began, two outpost hospitals will be passively monitored. Fecal samples will be collected from each AGE patient for RV testing. According to current AGE clinical practice guidelines, stool samples are required for RV identification in each case. Clinical information and expense information will be exported from the HIS system. Fecal samples will be collected and further G and P types will be identified at the CDC laboratory in Shaoxing City.

在越城区永久居住（在流行季节的六个月内没有离开越城区）
已在越城区EPI数据库中注册
年龄<36个月

Inclusion criteria

Permanent residence in The City of Vietnam (no departure from the City of Vietnam within six months of the popular season)
Registered in the Transurgeon EPI database
Age < 36 months

排除标准：

临时人口，或流动人口
永久居住人口，但未在越城区EPI系统中注册
年龄≥36个月
有轮状病毒疫苗接种史

Exclusion criteria：

Temporary population, or floating population
Permanent resident population, but not registered in the Transurgeon EPI system
Age ≥ 36 months
There is a history of rotavirus vaccination
