研究目的：

本研究旨在评估胆囊管受累能否作为预测因素以帮助III型和IV型肝门部胆管癌的手术决策。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aimed to assess whether cystic duct involvement could be used as a predictor to aid surgical decision-making in type III and IV hilar cholangiocarcinoma.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.首次大范围肝切除在我院进行，且术后病理检查证实为肝门部胆管癌；
2.肿瘤Bismuth-Corlette分型为III型或IV型；
3.全身情况良好，无严重心、肺、肾等重要器官的器质性病变；
4.术前肝功能Child-Pugh分级为A级，或经短期护肝治疗后肝功能分级恢复至A级的患者；
5.残肝体积大于标准肝体积的40%且ICG 15分钟滞留率小于10%。

Inclusion criteria

1. The first large-scale liver resection was performed in our hospital, and the postoperative pathological examination was confirmed to be hilar cholangiocarcinoma;
2. Tumor Bismuth-Corlette classification is type III or type IV;
3. The general condition is good, and there is no serious organic disease of the heart, lungs, kidneys and other important organs;
4. Patients with Child-Pugh grade of liver function before operation, or the liver function grade recovered to grade A after short-term liver protection treatment;
5. The residual liver volume is greater than 40% of the standard liver volume and the 15-minute ICG retention rate is less than 10%.

排除标准：

1.术前进行过放疗、化疗等其他抗肿瘤治疗；
2.合并其他恶性肿瘤；
3.术后未按照全新条目式病理报告模式评估是否达到R0切除；
4.术前胆囊缺如；
5.患者的临床相关数据缺失。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) had received other anti-tumor treatments such as radiotherapy or chemotherapy before operation; (2) complicated with other malignancies; (3) R0 resection was not evaluated according to the new itemized pathological report mode; (4) absence of gallbladder before operation; (5) clinical data related to patients were missing.
