研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨充气加压装置及保暖腿套对肺癌胸腔镜肺叶切除术中下肢深静脉血栓形成的预防作用。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of intermittent pneumatic compression and self-warming calf sleeves (SWCS) in the preventing Deep vein thrombosis in lung cancer patients undergoing video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

行肺叶切除且术前Caprini评估为DVT高风险性的肺癌患者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients who undergo curative surgery by VATS lobectomy for primary lung cancer and are at high risk of developing DVT

排除标准：

1. 既往有DVT病史；
2. 凝血功能障碍；
3. 严重心血管疾病；
4. 术中改为开胸手术者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. With a history of DVT;
2. Coagulation disorders;
3. Uncontrolled cardiovascular disease;
4. Intraoperative conversion to thoracotomy.
