研究目的：

白内障手术术中眼内压对视网膜微循环影响的实验研究。  

Objectives of Study：

Comparison of retinal microcirculation after cataract surgery with different intraoperative intraocular pressure settings in cataract patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄50-80岁；
2.晶状体核硬度≤III度（Emery分级）；
3.计划行白内障超声乳化联合IOL植入术者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged from 50 to 80 years;
2. Lens nuclear hardness ≤III degree (Emery grading);
3. Scheduled for phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation.

排除标准：

1.眼外伤病史；
2.曾行其它眼部手术；
3.曾患其它眼部疾病，比如：青光眼、角膜炎、葡萄膜炎和高度近视等；
4.糖尿病；
5.合并其它原因的复杂白内障手术，比如：小瞳孔、浅前房和悬韧带异常等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. A history of ophthalmic trauma or surgery;
2. Had other eye operations;
3. Suffering from other eye diseases, such as glaucoma, keratitis, uveitis and high myopia;
4. Diabetes mellitus;
5. Complicated cataract surgery with other causes, such as small pupils, shallow anterior chamber, and suspensory ligament abnormalities.
