研究目的：

1）基于文献源和临床大数据的硫唑嘌呤ADR的机体因素、药物因素、遗传因素等的研究和鉴别,并整合相关数据，为模型构建提供必要参数。 2）设计一个硫唑嘌呤ADR信号检测和预警模型，各项参数可进行及时修改和配置。  

Objectives of Study：

1) Research and identification the factors influencing the ADR of azathioprine based on literature sources and clinical big data, including the body factors, drug factors and genetic factors. The integrated relevant data can provide necessary parameters for model construction. 2) Design the ADR signal detection and warning model of azathioprine, and the parameters can be modified and configured in time.
