研究目的：

探讨小儿无针输液接头擦拭消毒时间对导管相关性血流感染率的影响，明确最佳无针输液接头擦拭消毒时间。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of disinfection time of needle-free connectors on incidence of catheter-associated bloodstream Infections.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄2月-14岁；
2.深静脉置管48小时后导管静脉血培养结果为阴性，置管时无败血症等；
3.入科后按标准规范化流程置管的患儿。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age of Patients:2 months-14 year old;
2.The results of central venous blood culture were negative after 48 hours of Cvs placement,and there was no sepsis before using Cvc;
3.According to standardized procedures to place Cvc after admission.

排除标准：

1.入院48小时内发生中心静脉导管血流的感染者;
2.存在其它导管感染（如透析管道、PICC 导管）。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with central venous catheter bloodstream infections within 48 hours of admission;
2.There are other catheter infections,such as PICC,Hemodialysis tubing,Arterial catheter,ect).
