研究目的：

探讨母乳联合碳酸氢钠溶液口腔护理对先天性心脏病术后患儿呼吸机相关性肺炎的预防效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the preventive effect of breast milk combined with sodium bicarbonate solution oral care on ventilator-associated pneumonia in children with congenital heart disease after surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.机械通气的心脏手术后婴儿（≤1周岁）；
2.患者解剖治疗满意，术后心功能恢复良好，血流动力学稳定；
3.患儿母亲母乳充足者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Mechanically ventilated infants (<=1 year old) after cardiac surgery;
2. The patient was satisfied with the anatomical treatment, the postoperative cardiac function recovered well, and the hemodynamics was stable;
3. The mother of the child has sufficient breast milk.

排除标准：

1.患有严重肝、肾和其他重要器官功能障碍的婴儿；
2.拒绝参与本研究的患者的父母；
3.中途退出研究的患者；
4.在治疗过程中死亡的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe liver, kidney and other vital organ dysfunction;
2. Parents of patients who refuse to participate in this study;
3. Patients who drop out of the study halfway;
4. Patients who died during treatment.
