研究目的：

探讨母乳联合碳酸氢钠溶液口腔护理对先天性心脏病术后患儿呼吸机相关性肺炎的预防效果，以期为临床护理工作提供指导。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the preventive effect of oral nursing combined with breast milk and sodium bicarbonate solution on ventilator-associated pneumonia in children with congenital heart disease after operation, in order to provide guidance for clinical nursing work.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）机械通气的心脏手术后婴儿（≤1周岁）；
（2）患者解剖治疗满意，术后心功能恢复良好，血流动力学稳定；
（3）患儿母亲母乳充足者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Infants with mechanical ventilation after cardiac surgery (≤1 year old);
(2) Anatomical treatment was satisfactory, postoperative cardiac function recovered well, and hemodynamics was stable;
(3) The child's mother has sufficient breast milk.

排除标准：

（1）患有严重肝、肾和其他重要器官功能障碍的婴儿；
（2）拒绝参与本研究的患者的父母；
（3）中途退出研究的患者；
（4）在治疗过程中死亡的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Infants with severe liver, kidney and other vital organ dysfunction;
(2) Parents of patients who refused to participate in the study;
(3) Patients who dropped out of the study;
(4) Patients who died during treatment.
