研究目的：

探讨中药治疗登革热的临床疗效  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine in the treatment of dengue fever

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.2.1 凡符合诊断标准的登革热病例；
1.2.2 年龄：14-69岁（含14和69岁）；
1.2.3 病程中使用中药方剂治疗，且总剂量不小于3剂。

Inclusion criteria

1. Dengue fever cases meeting the diagnostic criteria;
2. Aged 14 to 69 years old;
3. TCM prescriptions were used during the course of disease, and the total dose was not less than 3 doses.

排除标准：

1.3.1 合并细菌感染者；
1.3.2 合并血液系统疾病；
1.3.3 合并有免疫介导的疾病，如：类风湿性关节炎、红斑狼疮、硬皮病、银屑病、炎症性结肠炎等；
1.3.4 合并严重基础病变，如：严重呼吸系统疾病、肝硬化、恶性肿瘤、慢性充血性心力衰竭、慢性肾功能不全、心脑血管疾病、严重的精神病史等；
1.3.5 妊娠及疑似妊娠；
1.3.6 重症登革热患者；
1.3.7 同时参加其他临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Complicated bacterial infection;
2. Complicated blood system diseases;
3. Complicating immunomediated diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus erythematosus, scleroderma, psoriasis, inflammatory colitis, etc.;
4. Complicated with serious underlying diseases, such as severe respiratory diseases, cirrhosis, malignant tumors, chronic congestive heart failure, chronic renal insufficiency, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and a history of serious mental illness;
5. Pregnancy and suspected pregnancy;
6. Patients with severe dengue fever;
7. Patients who also participated in other clinical trials.
