研究目的：

通过对比早期与延迟进行“进阶”微创手术治疗感染性胰腺坏死两种手术策略的优劣。招募愿意参与本研究的有手术指征的感染性胰腺坏死患者；根据随机分组的不同，对患者分别进行早期微创手术与延迟微创手术，并根据患者术后的情况，明确早期与延迟 “进阶”微创手术治疗感染性胰腺坏死的有效性及安全性差异。以期在本研究基础上，为感染性胰腺坏死手术的治疗时机的选择提供新的高质量证据。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the advantages and disadvantages of early versus delayed step-up minimally invasive surgery approach for infectious pancreatic necrosis. Patients with infectious pancreatic necrosis with surgical indications were recruited to participate in this study. The patients were randomly allocated into two different groups, with one group treated with early minimally invasive surgery, and the other treated with delayed minimally invasive surgery. The present study aim to evaluating the effectiveness and safety of early and delayed " step-up " minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of infectious pancreatic necrosis, according to the postoperative conditions of the patients. Based on this study, we hope to provide new high-quality evidence for the surgical timing for infectious pancreatic necrosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-75岁；
2.具备安全的穿刺路径；
3.具备行VAD手术条件，签署治疗知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 to 75 years;
2. The condition for safe puncture path;
3. The conditions for VAD surgery intervention and signed the informed consent for treatment.

排除标准：

1.发病时间超过35天；
2.出现出血、腹腔脏器穿孔或腹腔间隔室综合症需要急诊开腹手术的患者；
3.既往行腹膜后胰腺坏死组织清除术；
4.慢性胰腺炎患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The onset time exceeds 35 days;
2. Patients with bleeding, abdominal cavity perforation, or abdominal compartment syndrome requiring emergency laparotomy surgery;
3. Previous retroperitoneal pancreatic necrotic surgery;
4 Patients with chronic pancreatitis.
