研究目的：

评估和比较认知训练、穴位按摩和认知训练合并穴位按摩对轻度认知障碍老年人认知功能的影响效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate both the individual and combined effects of cognitive training and acupressure on cognitive functions of older adults with mild cognitive impairment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥60岁；
2.被诊断为遗忘型轻度认知障碍；
3.无显著视力、听力损害及严重身体、精神障碍，能配合进行相关干预；
4.自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) aged over 60 years old;
(2) To be diagnosed with amnestic mild cognitive impairment (aMCI);
(3) have no significant visual impairment, hearing impairment and serious physical and mental disorders, can cooperate with the relevant intervention;
(4) consent to participate in the research.

排除标准：

1.患有肌肉骨骼等疾病，不能在选定的穴位进行穴位按压者;
2.过去曾患有神经系统疾病(如严重头部创伤)、精神疾病(如重度抑郁症)或任何其他可能明显损害其认知能力的重大医学疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) have pre-existing musculoskeletal conditions, which prohibited the application of acupressure at the selected points;
(2) have suffered from a neurological disorder (e.g., severe head trauma), psychiatric disease (e.g., major depression), or any other major medical disease that could potentially compromise their cognition.
