Objectives of Study：

to determine the analgesic effect of L4 level anterior quadratus lumborum block in radical/subradical hysterectomy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄 45-65 周岁，体重指数 18-25 kg∕m2， ASA 分级 I-II 级，能完全理解研究内容。

Inclusion criteria

age 45-65 years,body mass index 18-25 kg/m2,American society of anesthesiologists physical status I or II, and ability to understand the study content

排除标准：

心、肝、肾功能异常，局麻药过敏，腰方肌阻滞禁忌证，慢性疼痛或者接受慢性疼痛治疗

Exclusion criteria：

dysfunction of heart, liver and kidney,allergies to local anesthetics,contraindication for quadratus lumborum block, and chronic pain treatment.
