研究目的：

1.了解PSPW指数对GERD的诊断价值； 2.评估PSPW指数是否可鉴别反流高敏感与功能性烧心； 3.探究PSPW指数可否指导胃食管反流病的治疗。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Understand the diagnostic value of PSPW index for GERD; 2. Assess whether the PSPW index can identify reflux hypersensitivity and functional heartburn; 3. To explore whether PSPW index can guide the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.以烧心为主要表现；
2.年龄大于18岁，性别不限；
3.均完善胃镜检查及24h-ph阻抗检测。

Inclusion criteria

1. Heartburn is the main manifestation;
2. Aged >18 years, and the gender is not limited;
3. Complete gastroscopy and 24h-ph impedance detection.

排除标准：

1.胃镜检查提示Barreet食管；
2.食管痉挛和贲门失弛缓等食管动力障碍性疾病、消化性溃疡、胃食管手术史者；
3.有严重心、脑、肝、肾等疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Gastroscopy showed Barreet's esophagus;
2. Patients with esophageal motility disorders such as esophageal spasm and achalasia, peptic ulcer, and history of gastroesophageal surgery;
3. Those with serious heart, brain, liver, kidney and other diseases.
