研究目的：

1.了解PSPW指数对GERD的诊断价值 ，2.评估PSPW指数是否可鉴别反流高敏感与功能性烧心，3.PSPW指数可否指导胃食管反流病的治疗。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Evaluate the diagnostic value of PSPW index for GERD, 2. Assess whether PSPW index can distinguish reflux hypersensitivity and functional heartburn, 3. PSPW index can guide the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）以烧心为主要表现；（2）年龄大于18岁，性别不限；（3）均完善胃镜检查及24h-ph阻抗检测。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Heartburn is the main manifestation; (2) Aged over 18 years old, regardless of gender; (3) Complete gastroscopy and 24h-ph impedance test.

排除标准：

（1）胃镜检查提示Barreet食管；（2）食管痉挛和贲门失弛缓等食管动力障碍性疾病、消化性溃疡、胃食管手术史者；（3）孕妇或年龄小于18岁；（4）有严重心、脑、肝、肾等疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Gastroscopy revealed Barreet's esophagus; (2) Esophageal motility disorders such as esophageal spasm and achalasia, peptic ulcer, and history of gastroesophageal surgery; (3) Pregnant women or younger than 18 years old; (4) Serious People with heart, brain, liver, kidney and other diseases.
