研究目的：

通过多中心大样本回顾性随访观察，观察改良弹性固定Latarjet手术的安全性简捷性及有效性，验证术后关节盂朝镜像侧最适圆完美解剖塑形结果，为弹性固定Latarjet术式的国内外推广提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the multi-center and large sample retrospective follow-up observation, the safety and effectiveness of the modified elastic fixation Latarjet surgery were observed, and the optimal anatomical shaping results were verified, which provided a scientific basis for the promotion of elastic fixation Latarjet surgery at home and abroad.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

●年龄18-59岁，性别不限；
●经临床医生严格按照手术适应症判断适合进行改良弹性固定Latarjet术且按照康复原则术后康复的复发性肩关节脱位患者；
●随访3年及以上，拥有完整CT随访影像数据和临床功能评分记录，可用于评价骨块愈合塑形情况、临床疗效。

Inclusion criteria

● Age 18 – 59 years old, gender unlimited. ● Patients with recurrent shoulder dislocation who were judged by clinicians to be suitable for modified elastic fixation Latarjet operation and postoperative rehabilitation according to the rehabilitation principle. ● Patients were followed up for 3 years or more, with complete CT follow-up image data and clinical function score records, which can be used to evaluate bone healing and shaping and clinical efficacy.

排除标准：

●术前临床及影像诊断合并肩关节其他疾病，如冻结肩、肩袖损伤、肩关节退变等
●存在重要器官疾患及其他严重基础疾病，包括：
1）严重骨质疏松症及关节退变。
2）心、肝、脾、肺、肾等脏器功能不全或衰竭，导致随访难以完成。
3）结缔组织疾病：红斑狼疮、类风湿关节炎、硬皮病、皮肌炎、结节性多动脉炎、韦格纳肉芽肿、巨细胞动脉炎及干燥综合征等。
4）神经精神相关疾患：脑血管疾病（脑梗塞、脑出血）、偏头痛、脑部炎症性疾病（脑炎、脑膜炎）、脊髓炎、癫痫、痴呆、周围神经病及重症肌无力）、脑器质性精神障碍（包括阿尔茨海默病、血管性痴呆、脑外伤所致精神障碍、颅内感染所致精神障碍、肺肿瘤所致精神障碍、梅毒所致精神障碍、癫痫性精神障碍、HIV/AIDS所致精神障碍）、躯体疾病所致精神障碍（包括躯体感染所致精神障碍、内脏器官疾病所致精神障碍、内分泌疾病和代谢性疾病所致精神障碍等。

Exclusion criteria：

● Preoperative clinical and imaging diagnosis of other diseases of the shoulder joint, such as frozen shoulder, rotator cuff injury, and shoulder joint degeneration ● There are important organ diseases and other serious underlying diseases, including : 1 ) Severe osteoporosis and joint degeneration. 2 ) The dysfunction or failure of heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney and other organs makes the follow-up difficult to complete. 3 ) Connective tissue diseases : lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, scleroderma, dermatomyositis, nodular polyarteritis, Wegener 's granuloma, giant cell arteritis and Sjogren 's syndrome. 4 ) Neuropsychiatric diseases : cerebrovascular diseases ( cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage ), migraine, brain inflammatory diseases ( encephalitis, meningitis ), myelitis, epilepsy, dementia, peripheral neuropathy and myasthenia gravis ), brain organic mental disorders ( including Alzheimer s disease, vascular dementia, mental disorders caused by brain trauma, mental disorders caused by intracranial infection, mental disorders caused by lung tumor, mental disorders caused by syphilis, epileptic mental disorders, mental disorders caused by HIV / AIDS ), mental disorders caused by physical diseases ( including mental disorders caused by physical infection, mental disorders caused by visceral diseases, mental disorders caused by endocrine diseases and metabolic diseases ).
