研究目的：

本项目拟建立自然人群健康队列研究，通过问卷调查、体格检查、生物样本采集和辅助检查收集人群健康基线信息，了解当地居民健康全貌，建立标本库，探索当地重大疾病及罕见病新的病因和危险因素，惠及当地民众；提供预防干预或诊疗服务，进一步探索自然人群中重大疾病及罕见病诊疗情况及预后，为基层医疗卫生机构采取更有利于患者的临床决策提供有价值的科学证据；推动我院及“医联体”成员单位临床研究能力及医疗水平的提升，促进精准医学大数据标准化体系与共享平台建设、帮助构建精准医学知识库。  

Objectives of Study：

This project plans to establish a natural population health cohort study by collecting population health baseline information through questionnaires, physical examinations, biological sample collection and auxiliary examinations, to understand the health of local residents, establish a specimen library, and explore new causes of major diseases or rare diseases in the region. Through providing preventive interventions or treatment services to further explore the diagnosis and treatment of major diseases and rare diseases in natural populations, and provide valuable scientific evidence for the decision-making of clinical care for patients in primary health care institutions. The clinical research ability and medical level of our hospitals and members of the "Medical Union" have promoted the construction of a standardized system for large-scale precision data and shared platforms, and helped build a knowledge base for precision medicine.

①年龄≥20周岁；
②具有当地户籍或非本地户籍当地居住时间达6个月以上；
③知情同意，自愿参与项目。

Inclusion criteria

1. aged >= 20 years old;
2. With local household registration or the local residence time is more than 6 months;
3. Informed consent, voluntary participation in the project.
