Objectives of Study：

To determine the effect of high serum uric acid level on subclinical atherosclerosis in middle-aged and elderly patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄50～90岁，男性；
（2）受试者必须自愿参加此项研究及遵守研究规定，了解并遵守随访计划，并自愿签署书面知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged 50 to 90 years old, male;
(2) The subjects must voluntarily participate in the study and abide by the study regulations, understand and abide by the follow-up plan, and voluntarily sign the written informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）合并有心血管、脑血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病，精神病患者；
（2）排除继发性高尿酸血症患者，如白血病、骨髓瘤、肾衰、多囊肾、某些内分泌疾病、某些药物如利尿剂、阿司匹林、抗结核药等引起的高尿酸；
（3）不符合纳入标准，或资料不全或安全性判断者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system and psychotic patients;
(2) Exclude patients with secondary hyperuricemia, such as leukemia, myeloma, renal failure, polycystic kidney, some endocrine diseases, and hyperuricemia caused by some drugs such as diuretics, aspirin and anti tuberculosis drugs;
(3) Those who do not meet the inclusion criteria, or the information is incomplete or safety judgment.
