研究目的：

（1）应用corvis ST角膜生物力学分析仪探讨角膜塑形镜对角膜生物力学的影响，确定佩戴角膜塑形镜过程中角膜生物力学变化特点与规律，进一步验证其安全性。 （2）研究角膜生物力学与角膜形态、角膜塑形镜适配效果之间的关系，探索角膜生物力学对角膜塑形镜验配的指导意义。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Corvis ST corneal biomechanics analyzer was used to investigate the influence of corneal biomechanics after wearing orthokeratology, to determine the characteristics of corneal biomechanical changes, and to further verify its safety; (2) To study the relationship between corneal biomechanics and corneal morphology , and to explore the guiding significance of corneal biomechanics on orthokeratology matching.

纳入标准：

（1）年龄8~18岁，男女随机，近视度数-0.75~-6.00D,散光0~-2.00D

Inclusion criteria

1. aged 8-18 years old male and female;
2. The myopia degree was -0.75~ -6.00d and astigmatism was 0~ -2.00d

排除标准：

患有眼部疾病及全身相关疾病，卫生条件及依从性差；手术史；佩戴过角膜塑形镜与RGP

Exclusion criteria：

With from eye disease and systemic disease, high intraocular pressure or surgical history; poor hygiene and compliance; has worn orthokeratologyand RGP (except trial wearing).
