研究目的：

1. 主要目的：超声术前评估甲状腺恶性肿瘤对喉返神经受侵状态、预判喉返神经保留程度； 2. 次要目的：为临床提供喉返神经正常参考值。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main purpose: To evaluate the invasion state of thyroid malignant tumor on the recurrent laryngeal nerve before ultrasound operation, and to predict the degree of retention of the recurrent laryngeal nerve; 2. Secondary purpose: to provide the normal reference value of the recurrent laryngeal nerve for clinical use.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁；
2.穿刺病理诊断为甲状腺恶性肿瘤；
3.未进行甲状腺手术治疗；
4.理解本研究并愿意配合。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 18 years old;
2. The biopsy was diagnosed as thyroid malignant tumor;
3. No thyroid surgery;
4. Understand this research and be willing to cooperate.

排除标准：

1.患者曾经有颈部手术史；
2.患者不愿配合研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient has a history of neck surgery;
2. Patients are unwilling to cooperate with the study.
