研究目的：

1. 探究斜视手术前后视网膜脉络膜血流和厚度的变化。 2. 探究斜视手术对眼后节血液供应的影响及变化规律。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the changes of retinal choroidal blood flow and thickness before and after strabismus surgery. 2. To explore the influence and change rule of strabismus surgery on the blood supply of the posterior segment of the eye.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.单纯的需要手术的水平斜视患者；
2.双眼矫正视力1.0；屈光不正球镜<6D，柱镜<3D。

Inclusion criteria

1. Simple horizontal strabismus patients requiring surgery;
2. Binocular corrected visual acuity 1.0; refractive error spherical lens <6D, cylindrical lens <3D.

排除标准：

1.眼球震颤、弱视、麻痹性或限制性外斜视、任何器质性眼病和斜视手术史。
2.患有神经系统疾病或全身疾病的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Nystagmus, amblyopia, paralytic or restrictive exotropia, any organic eye disease and history of strabismus surgery.
2. Patients with neurological diseases or systemic diseases.
