研究目的：

通过观察年龄相关性黄斑变性(age-related macular degeneration, AMD)受试者肠道菌群的变化，研究肠道菌群与AMD的相关性，揭示AMD可能的发病机制，进一步为针对特定的肠道菌群来治疗年龄相关性黄斑变性带来了可能。  

Objectives of Study：

We aim to elucidate changes in fecal microbiota in research objects with age-related macular degeneration(AMD), reveal the possible pathogenesis of AMD, and further bring the possibility for specific gut microbiota to treat AMD.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

性别不限；
年龄≥50;
经临床医生结合影像学检查诊断为AMD；
目前居住在上海市

Inclusion criteria

Male or female aged 50 or above;
AMD is diagnosed by clinicians combined with imaging examination;
Now living in Shanghai

排除标准：

1.有胃肠道疾病；
2.近5年内有胃肠道手术史；
3.近3个月内有抗生素服用史；
4.严重的精神、神经、心血管、呼吸等系统疾病以及恶性肿瘤；
5.排除合并眼科疾病（如眼部感染，眼部外伤）

Exclusion criteria：

1. Gastrointestinal diseases;
2. A history of gastrointestinal surgery in recent 5 years;
3. A history of taking antibiotics in recent 3 months;
4. Serious mental, neurological, cardiovascular, respiratory and other systemic diseases and malignant tumors;
5. Exclude complicated ophthalmic diseases (such as eye infection and eye trauma)
