评估AI在CCTA图像后处理方面的效率优势; 评估AI辅助的CCTA对比传统人工判读方法对冠心病的诊断一致性; 评估AI辅助的CCTA对比DSA检查结果对冠心病的诊断准确性; 明确AI目前在冠心病诊断方面的应用程度。  

Objectives of Study:

To evaluate the efficiency advantage of AI in imaging post-processing of CCTA To evaluate the consistency between AI aided CCTA diagnosis with that deriving from general approach (eye-recognition) for coronary stenosis assessment. To evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of AI aided CCTA for coronary artery disease by comparing with DSA. To observe in what extent AI can be used in clinical practice in current status.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

收集来自40家医疗机构同时进行了CCTA及DSA检查的患者影像资料; 分别用AI及人工方法对统一患者的CCTA图像的冠状动脉狭窄程度进行判读,人工方法由诊断CCTA有经验的多位医师完成,观察者间的一致性需在预实验中达到满意度方进行下一步的判读; 将AI方法判读的CCTA结果与该患者的DSA结果进行比对,DSA图像由QCA软件进行定量测算。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

Collecting CCTA and DSA imaging data of 1100 patients from 40 medical Institutions. The degree of coronary artery stenosis in CCTA images of one patient will be interpreted by AI and general approach (eye-recognition) respectively. The general approach will be taken by several specialists. 

纳入标准:

1. 年龄>30岁;
2. 规范化完成CCTA检查;
3. 行CCTA后6个月内完成冠脉DSA检查。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged over 30 years;
2. Participants who underwent CCTA under standardized management;
3. Underwent coronary angiography within 6 months after CCTA.

排除标准:

1. 冠状动脉支架术后或旁路移植术后;
2. 单冠状动脉畸形;
3. CCTA图像质量不符合诊断要求:
(1)分段(AHA 18段分法)主观评分结果有至少一段评分为1分(Likert 5级评分法,1-5分对应图像质量最差-最优);
(2)冠状动脉或心脏扫描范围不完整;
(3)主动脉根部CT值低于300HU;
(4)主动脉根部图像噪声过高:CT值标准差(SD值)>30HU。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Previous history of bypass surgery or percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI);
2. Single coronary artery;
3. Image quality of CCTA do not meet diagnostic requirements:
1) At least 1 segment (AHA 18-segment model) was subjectively rated as 1 (5 point Likert scale, 1=poor image quality);
2) Incomplete scan range of coronary artery or heart;
3) CT number of CCTA in aortic root lower than 300 HU;
4) Excessive image noise in aortic root: SD of CT number>30HU.
