主要目的：筛选肝衰竭的高危因素，并构建和评估肝衰竭术前，术中和术后预测模型并评估。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: Screen high-risk factors related to liver failure, and construct and evaluate liver failure preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative predictive models.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄＞18岁；②至少三个肝段的肝切除术；③手术前后病例齐 全，TEG检测指标完整；④肝切除术前无明显贫血、感染和肾功能不全失代偿 （血清肌酐水平≤177 μmol/L）

Inclusion criteria

①Age>18 years old; ②Hepatectomy of at least three liver segments; ③Complete cases before and after the operation, complete TEG test indicators; ④No obvious anemia, infection and renal insufficiency decompensation before hepatectomy (serum creatinine level ≤ 177 μmol/L)

排除标准：

①存在梗阻性黄疸；②肝切除术前门静脉栓塞或结扎；③联合肝 分区和门静脉结扎分期肝切除术史。①入院前48小时内输血；②抗血小板药 物或抗凝药物治疗；③原发凝血障碍病史(阵发性夜间血红蛋白尿、红细胞增
10多症、特发性血小板减少症或血友病)；④怀孕或产后。

Exclusion criteria：

①Existence of obstructive jaundice; ②Portal vein embolization or ligation before hepatectomy; ③History of staged liver resection combined with liver division and portal vein ligation. ①Blood transfusion within 48 hours before admission; ②Treatment with antiplatelet drugs or anticoagulant drugs; ③History of primary coagulopathy (paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria, polycythemia, idiopathic thrombocytopenia or hemophilia); ④pregnancy Or postpartum
