研究目的：

旨在发现骨质疏松症和健康对照人群肠道微生物群的差异，及肠道微生物族群与该疾病发病的可能相关机制探讨。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to find out the difference of intestinal microflora between osteoporosis and healthy controls, and to explore the possible mechanism of intestinal microflora and the pathogenesis of the disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

绝经后骨质疏松纳入标准：
（1）年龄50-70岁；
（2）停经1年以上；
（3）经双能骨密度测量仪测量，诊断为骨质疏松或者影像学明确提示骨折部位及性质；
健康对照组：与绝经后骨质疏松组在年龄、籍贯、运动量、绝经年龄相匹配的无骨质疏松及不处于低骨量状态的健康人。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria of postmenopausal osteoporosis:
(1) Aged 50-70 years;
(2) Suspension for more than 1 year;
(3) According to the measurement of dual energy bone mineral density, it was diagnosed as osteoporosis or imaging clearly indicated the location and nature of fracture;
(4) The fracture was nonviolent;
Healthy control group: healthy people without osteoporosis and not in low bone mass state matched with postmenopausal osteoporosis group in age, native place, exercise amount and menopausal age.

排除标准：

（1）暴力或外伤所致的暴力性骨折；
（2）患有其他骨病，如骨软化症、肾性骨营养不良症等代谢性骨病或骨肿瘤等。
（3）急性或慢性炎性疾病或传染病，或正在接受抗生素、益生菌、益生菌或任何其他可能在纳入前3个月影响肠道微生物群的药物治疗的患者。
（4）持续性呕吐或怀疑有消化道梗阻者；
（5）胃切除术、胃底折叠术、结肠造瘘等消化系统外科手术；
（6）过去3个月内使用过抗生素，并持续3天或以上；
（7）中、重度肾功能损伤（血肌酐＞2mg/dL或177mmol/L），或肝功能异常（ALT>2倍正常值上限）的患者；中、重度慢性阻塞性肺部疾病；重度高血压患者、脑血管意外患者；
（8）曾服用可引起骨密度的药物，如苯妥英钠、卡马西平等，合并有严重心脑血管、肝、肾及造血系统疾病；
（9）患有严重器质性疾病，如癌症、冠心病、心肌梗塞以及中风等；
（10）患有肺结核和艾滋病等传染病；
（11）酗酒（1周饮酒5次以上，平均每次2两白酒或半斤黄酒或5瓶啤酒以上）；
（12）过去3个月内因下列疾病接受药物治疗的：胆囊炎、消化道溃疡、尿路感染、急性肾盂肾炎、膀胱炎、甲亢等甲状腺功能异常；
（13）贫血：血红蛋白<10g/dl；
（14）肢体残疾，或其他原因引起的生活不能自理、不能清楚地回忆、回答问题者，或有明显的运动障碍；
（15）不能保证充足的时间参与本项目的。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Violent fracture caused by violence or trauma;
(2) Suffer from other bone diseases, such as osteomalacia, renal osteodystrophy and other metabolic bone diseases or bone tumors.
(3) Patients with acute or chronic inflammatory or infectious diseases, or who are being treated with antibiotics, probiotics, probiotics or any other medication that may affect the intestinal microbiota in the first three months of inclusion.
(4) Persistent vomiting or suspected gastrointestinal obstruction;
(5) Gastrectomy, fundoplication, colostomy and other digestive system surgery;
(6) Antibiotics have been used in the past 3 months for 3 days or more;
(7) Patients with moderate or severe renal impairment (creatinine > 2 mg / dL or 177 mmol / L), or liver dysfunction (ALT > 2 times the upper limit of normal value), moderate or severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, severe hypertension and cerebrovascular accident;
(8) He has taken drugs that can cause bone mineral density, such as phenytoin sodium and carbamazepine, and has serious cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system diseases;
(9) Have serious organic diseases, such as cancer, coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction and stroke, etc;
(10) Suffering from tuberculosis, AIDS and other infectious diseases;
(11) Excessive drinking (drinking more than 5 times a week, with an average of 2 liang of white wine or half Jin of yellow rice wine or more than 5 bottles of beer per time);
(12) In the past three months, the patients who received medical treatment for the following diseases: cholecystitis, peptic ulcer, urinary tract infection, acute pyelonephritis, cystitis, hyperthyroidism and other thyroid dysfunction;
(13) Anemia: hemoglobin < 10g / dl;
(14) Physical disability, or other causes of life can not take care of themselves, can not clearly recall, answer questions, or have obvious movement disorders;
(15) It cannot guarantee enough time to participate in the project.
