研究目的：

探讨基于超声指导下肺复张策略的保护性通气技术在新生儿剖腹探查术中的安全性及有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the safety and effectiveness of protective ventilation based on ultrasound-guided lung recruitment strategy in neonatal exploratory laparotomy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

⑴在复旦大学附属儿科医院安徽医院安徽省儿童医院行剖腹探查手术的患者；
⑵生后年龄1月以内，性别不限，体质量≥2kg；
⑶ASA II-III级；
⑷预计手术时间＞1小时。

Inclusion criteria

(1) patients who underwent exploratory laparotomy in Anhui children's Hospital, Anhui hospital, affiliated pediatric hospital of Fudan University;
⑵ postnatal age within 1 month, unlimited gender, body mass ≥ 2kg;
(3) ASA class II-III;
(4) the estimated operation time is more than 1 hour

排除标准：

⑴拒绝参与实验，不签知情同意书者；
⑵排除体质量 ＜２ｋｇ ；
⑶合并严重心血管畸形；
⑷上呼吸道感染者及有明显呼吸衰竭者；
⑸全身一般情况很差者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) those who refuse to participate in the experiment and do not sign the informed consent form;
(2) excluded body mass ＜ 2kg;
(3) complicated with severe cardiovascular malformation;
(4) those with upper respiratory tract infection and obvious respiratory failure;
(5) the general condition of the whole body is very poor
